Technical Lead / Senior Full Stack Developer - Digital Health Startup

Benovymed Healthcare Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead or Senior Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global digital health startup, building a highly scalable platform from scratch.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial, hands-on role in the end-to-end development of our digital health platform. This includes:

• Full-stack development encompassing backend, database, and frontend technologies.
• Designing and maintaining B2B and B2B2C SaaS cloud platforms.
• Server-side and client-side development to build a highly scalable Digital Health Platform or an E-commerce Platform.
• Seeing projects through from conception to final product with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Designing user interactions on web portals and mobile applications.
• Developing robust AWS Cloud servers and databases to support platform functionality.
• Coding for mobile platforms, ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Ensuring the responsiveness of applications across various devices.
• Collaborating with graphic designers on web design features.
• Designing and developing APIs to facilitate seamless integration.
• Meeting both technical requirements and user needs effectively.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in web applications and programming languages.
• Implementing comprehensive testing strategies using the latest tools.
• DevOps engineering skillsets are considered an added advantage.

Required Skillsets

• Frontend: Proficiency with fundamental languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like Angular JS, React, and Amber.
• Backend: Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .Net & Tensor flow. Experience with Django, LAMP, and MEAN stack.
• Databases: Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB. NoSQL DB and Dynamo DB experience are highly desirable.
• Cloud & Mobile: Expertise in AWS (AWS S3, EC2, Amazon Device Farm). Experience with Android, Kotlin, React, React-native, Flutter, Dart, iOS, Swift, and Google-Firebase.
• Testing Tools: Experience with Appium, Selenium, Robotium, Mockito, Espresso.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: B. Tech (EE, CSE, ECE, IT) from a reputed Technology Institute.
• Experience: 2 to 8 years of experience as a Full-stack Developer in web and mobile application software product engineering post-education.
• Proven experience working independently, as a team member, and as a leader in multi-hat roles.
• Experience in backend development, database management, and QA testing on web and mobile apps, preferably in an early-stage startup environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in building tech architecture, frontend, coding, and tech product development from scratch, preferably in a Digital Health or E-commerce startup.
• Experience with developing multiple mobile applications (multifunction apps) with significant download numbers (10,000 to 500,000+ downloads).
