Technical Lead / Senior Full Stack Developer - Ahmedabad

Join a dynamic global digital health startup in Ahmedabad as a Technical Lead or Senior Full Stack Developer. This is a hands-on, multi-hat role requiring end-to-end development capabilities across backend, database, and frontend. You will be instrumental in building a highly scalable digital health platform or an e-commerce platform from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead full-stack development (backend, database, frontend) for a B2B & B2B2C SaaS cloud platform.
• Oversee projects from conception to final product, ensuring high organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Design user interactions on web portals and apps.
• Develop AWS Cloud servers and databases to support web portal and mobile app functionality.
• Code for mobile platforms, ensuring cross-platform optimization and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with graphic designers on web design features.
• Design and develop robust APIs.
• Meet both technical and consumer needs effectively.
• Stay current with advancements in web applications and programming languages.
• Implement thorough testing using the latest tools.
• DevOps engineering skillsets are a significant advantage.

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, React, Amber.
• Backend: Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .Net, TensorFlow, Django, LAMP, MEAN stack.
• Databases: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Dynamo DB, No SQL DB (preferred).
• Cloud & Mobile: AWS (S3, EC2, Amazon Device Farm), Android, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, Dart, iOS, Swift, Google Firebase.
• Testing Tools: Appium, Selenium, Robotium, Mockito, Espresso.

Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in EE, CSE, ECE, or IT from a reputed technology institute.

Experience:

• 2 to 8 years of experience as a Full-stack Developer in web and mobile application software product engineering post-education.
• Proven experience working single-handedly, as a team member, and as a leader in multi-hat roles.
• Experience in backend development, database management, and QA testing on web and mobile apps within an early-stage startup is highly valued.
• Strong organizational and project management skills are required.
• Demonstrated success in full-stack development in an early-stage Digital Health or E-commerce startup, preferably building tech architecture, frontend, coding, and product development from scratch for mobile apps with significant downloads.
