Role: Technical Team Lead – Night Shift

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Lead to own project deliveries, lead development initiatives, and serve as a key technical liaison for international clients. This role is perfect for senior developers who thrive on leading teams, discussing requirements directly with US/UK/AU stakeholders, proposing innovative solutions, and building scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and architect practical, robust technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor the development team throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for international clients during discussions, meetings, and solution planning sessions.
• Drive pre-sales activities including demos, presentations, estimation, and proposal creation.
• Develop and manage high-performance web applications and APIs using modern stacks (Python/React).
• Collaborate with designers and QA teams to ensure code quality, performance optimization, and timely delivery.
• Identify automation opportunities and introduce best practices for development efficiency.

Tech Stack

Mandatory: Python (Django/FastAPI), AI/ML Frameworks, Node.js, React.js, Next.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
Nice-to-Have: PHP, Laravel, WordPress.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total experience with 5+ years in development and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
• Demonstrated comfort communicating professionally with international clients.
• Experience handling end-to-end development activities in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with scalable architecture patterns and modern DevOps practices.
