Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead (Backend), you will architect scalable payment systems that drive impactful software delivery at MatchMove. You will own key architectural decisions for cross-regional B2B transaction infrastructure, ensuring robustness, automation, and regulatory compliance across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain high-performance, self-healing payment systems that meet global localization requirements.
• Create world-class solutions enhancing usability for internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Spearhead technology strategy by scrutinizing and defending critical architectural choices for large-scale projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure predictable engineering output aligned with the product roadmap.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with deep hands-on experience in Golang and SDLC best practices including code reviews, unit/integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage Generative AI tools for accelerating delivery timelines and fostering development innovation.
• Advanced knowledge of transactional RDBMS (MySQL, Postgres) covering schema design, debugging, and complex problem-solving across the full tech stack.
• Mastery of cloud-based deployment strategies, production scaling techniques, performance bottleneck resolution, and code security hardening.
• Proven track record as a technical champion advocating for clean, scalable code while maintaining high standards in Git workflows and non-functional requirements (security, scalability).
