Role: Technical Lead / Sr. Full Stack Developer / Full Stack Developer (Backend, Database & Frontend) for a Global Digital Health Startup.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end Full Stack Development (Backend, Database, Frontend) for a highly scalable Digital Health Platform or E-commerce Platform, built from scratch.
• Manage SaaS Cloud Platform Maintenance (B2B & B2B2C), server-side, and client-side development.
• Oversee projects from conception to final product, ensuring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Design user interactions on web portals and mobile applications.
• Develop AWS Cloud servers and databases to support web portal and mobile app functionality.
• Code for mobile platforms, ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and application responsiveness.
• Collaborate with graphic designers on web design features.
• Design and develop APIs.
• Meet both technical and consumer needs.
• Stay current with web application and programming language developments.
• Utilize the latest testing tools.
• DevOps Engineering skillsets are an added advantage.

Testing Tools: Appium, Selenium, Robotium, Mockito, Espresso.

Qualifications:

• B. Tech (EE, CSE, ECE, IT) from a reputed Technology Institute.

Experience:

• 2 to 8 Years of experience as a Full-stack Developer in web and mobile application software product engineering post-education.
• Proven experience working single-handedly, as a team member, and as a leader in multi-hat roles within an early-stage startup.
• Experience as a Backend Developer, Database expert, and in QA Testing on web and mobile apps.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience in an early-stage Digital Health or E-commerce Tech Startup, preferably building tech architecture, frontend, coding, and product development from scratch.
• Experience with developing at least 6-50 mobile apps (multifunction) with significant download numbers (10,000 to 500,000).

Skillsets:

• Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks: AngularJS, React, Amber.
• Experience with Django, DynamoDB, LAMP, MEAN stack.
• Proficiency with AWS (S3, EC2, Amazon Device Farm), Android, Kotlin, React, React-native, Flutter, Dart, iOS, Swift, Google-Firebase.
• NoSQL DB and MongoDB experience are a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in server-side languages: Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .NET, TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with database technologies: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
• Demonstrated experience in a single-handed multi-hat role in software product development engineering, preferably in early-stage Digital Health, E-commerce, or any other industry.
