Role & Responsibility:

We are seeking a single-handed, hands-on Full Stack Developer with a multi-hat role capability, covering backend, database, and frontend development. You will be responsible for end-to-end backend development, DBMS, B2B & B2B2C SaaS Cloud Platform maintenance, server-side, and client-side development to build a highly scalable Digital Health Platform or an E-commerce Platform from scratch. Full Stack Developers will oversee projects from conception to final product, requiring excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing user interactions on the web portal or app, developing AWS Cloud servers and databases for web portal and mobile app functionality, and coding for mobile platforms. You will be involved in developing front-end web portal architecture, designing user interactions on web pages, developing back-end web portal applications, creating servers and databases for functionality, ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones, and ensuring application responsiveness. You will work alongside graphic designers for web design features, see projects through from conception to finished product, design and develop APIs, and meet both technical and consumer needs. Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages, and testing using the latest tools are crucial. DevOps engineering skillsets are an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech (EE, CSE, ECE, IT) from a reputed technology institute.

Experience:

• 2 to 8 years of experience as a Full-stack Developer in web and mobile application software product engineering post-education qualification.
• Proven experience working single-handedly, as a team member, and as a leader with multi-hat roles in an early-stage startup.
• Experience as a Backend developer, with database expertise and QA testing on web and mobile apps in an early-stage startup company.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development, preferably in an early-stage Digital Health Startup or an E-commerce marketplace Tech Startup.
• Experience building tech architecture, frontend, coding, and tech product development from scratch with at least 6-50 mobile apps (multifunction apps) achieving 10,000 to 500,000 downloads.

Required Skillsets:

• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks: AngularJS, React, Ember.
• Experience with Django, DynamoDB, LAMP, MEAN stack.
• AWS services: AWS S3, EC2, Amazon Device Farm.
• Mobile development: Android, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, Dart, iOS, Swift, Google Firebase.
• NoSQL DB, MongoDB experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with server-side languages: Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .Net, TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with database technology: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
• Experience in a single-handed multi-hat role in software product development engineering in a startup (preferably early-stage Digital Health, E-commerce, or any other industry).
