TECHNICAL LEAD L1

Role Purpose

This role facilitates application solutions by developing and reviewing module-level code, creating replication patterns, performing root cause analysis on recurring issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver stable, well-documented outcomes that meet business objectives.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Gathering Requirements: Participate in capturing requirements for specific modules, ensuring clear documentation. Work across multiple processes to capture linkages, dependencies, and required changes.
• Solution Design: Facilitate creation of application solution designs under the guidance of a Project Manager, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Coding and Configuration:
  • Review developed codes and resolve team queries for assigned modules.
  • Create consistent replication patterns to align code with project standards.
• Troubleshooting: Perform root-cause analysis to identify recurring issues. Modify software codes to resolve errors, adapt hardware/software changes, enhance performance, and upgrade interfaces.
• Implementation:
  • Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations and integrate new applications.
  • Address dependencies during deployment.
• Documentation: Prepare user training documents and frameworks to ensure smooth adoption of new applications and minimize transition risks.
