Technical Lead

We are seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in Java, Springboot, and React to join our team. This role requires 7 to 10 years of experience and is based in Noida, Chennai, or Bangalore. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Applications is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define development plans and acceptance criteria based on project requirements.
• Design, build, test, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code for both new and existing features.
• Optimize application performance, quality, and uptime by identifying and resolving bottlenecks or bugs.
• Ensure code quality, readability, and proper structure.
• Implement smart automation solutions where applicable.
• Create and update technical documentation to support service continuity.
• Integrate agile methodologies and development best practices into daily work.

Candidate Profile:

Mandatory Skills:

• 7 years of strong experience in JavaScript, ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in SQL and databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes/Openshift.
• Understanding of DevOps best practices.
• Familiarity with tools like GITLAB/GITHUB and Maven.
