Technical Lead – Java Full Stack

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Java Full Stack to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using AI-assisted engineering practices (AIDLC). This role involves close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders across Persistent Locations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead architecture decisions for Java 17+, Spring Boot, React.js, TypeScript-based microservices on cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Drive specification-led development using SpecKit and AI-driven tools (GitHub Copilot).
• Mentor engineering teams to ensure clean code, security best practices, and high performance in RESTful API designs.
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline automation and event-driven architectures using Kafka.

Expertise Required:

• 5-8 years of experience building full-stack applications with PostgreSQL or Oracle databases.
• Hands-on knowledge of GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies within distributed teams in Pune or globally.
