Technical Lead

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in financial services or fintech with at least 2 years as a tech lead. Total professional experience required is between 12 to 15 years, specializing in Java development.
• Leadership & Communication: Must demonstrate the ability to lead teams within agile environments and articulate architecture trade-offs clearly to both peers and C-level stakeholders.
• Ownership: Strong sense of accountability for production stability, feature delivery, and engineering quality across distributed global teams.

Core Technical Skills:

• Java (17/21+): Expert knowledge in Core Java generics, collections, streams, functional programming, JVM tuning, GC analysis, and memory models.
• Spring Ecosystem: Deep experience with Spring Boot, MVC, Batch, Data JPA, Security. Multi-team delivery is a must-have requirement.
• Multithreading & Concurrency: Proficiency in ExecutorService, CompletableFuture, virtual threads (Project Loom), reactive programming (Reactor/RxJava) and designing deadlock-free engines.
• SQL & RDBMS: Advanced SQL skills including window functions, CTEs, partitioning, bulk operations specifically using DB2 or MS SQL Server with query plan mastery.
• Microservices & APIs: Expertise in RESTful/event-driven API design, IBM MQ, and advanced Kafka patterns (schema registry, DLQs).
