Technical Lead II - SEI Wealth Platform (Hyderabad)
We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our challenging career opportunity within the wealth platform. This role demands deep software development expertise, agility in team environments, and the ability to lead technical projects while expanding your skillset.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions and successful outcomes
- Coordinate with onsite/client teams (including offshore models) for issue resolution and smooth execution
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture, development, infrastructure, and delivery
- Mentor team members to enhance collaboration, performance, and capability
- Drive project planning, prioritization, and resource management across multiple initiatives
- Review code and configurations for quality, scalability, and compliance
Requirements:
- Experience: 15–20 years in IT with proven leadership track record (Senior/Executive level)
- Tech Stack: Linux administration, scripting, CI/CD pipelines, Containers/Kubernetes/GitOps
- Skills: Agile methodologies, SDLC governance, performance optimization, cloud platforms, security best practices
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in CS, IT, Engineering preferred
