About Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead (India) to architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable web applications and distributed systems. This role requires strong backend expertise in Python or Java combined with solid frontend skills using ReactJS and TypeScript.

What You'll Do

• Technical Leadership: Lead architecture/design for full-stack apps, provide guidance to engineering teams, mentor developers, define coding standards, and drive end-to-end delivery from development to deployment.
• Backend Engineering & API Development: Architect backend services using Python/FastAPI or Java/Spring Boot. Design scalable RESTful/GraphQL APIs, build asynchronous processing pipelines (Celery/RabbitMQ), manage database schemas, and implement caching strategies for high throughput.
• Frontend Development: Develop modern web apps with ReactJS/TypeScript, design reusable components, manage state/API integrations, and ensure accessibility/performance standards are met.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy on AWS (EC2/EKS/Lambda/S3), implement CI/CD pipelines, use Docker/Kubernetes for orchestration, and ensure system observability via logging/tracing.
• Architecture & System Design: Lead discussions on scalability, distributed architecture, caching strategies, event-driven patterns, and cloud-native adoption while ensuring security compliance.
