Technical Lead

AIVIDA is seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack to lead the development of scalable web and mobile healthcare applications. This role involves guiding the engineering team while delivering high-quality code for both frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack web & mobile application development.
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Golang.
• Develop modern frontends with Next.js & TypeScript.
• Manage databases, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and system integrations.
• Design secure, scalable architecture for healthcare applications.
• Mentor developers through code reviews and best practices training.

Required Skills:

• Strong command of Next.js, TypeScript, Golang, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis (Mandatory).
• Familiarity with React Native/Flutter, Docker, Microservices is a plus.

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years in software development with hands-on full-stack expertise.
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and team mentoring.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Prior HealthTech/SaaS/Startup background is advantageous.
