About the Company: We are a software development company building secure, highly available cloud-based enterprise products that accelerate research in the healthcare and life sciences domains.

Role Overview: You will provide hands-on technical leadership for the design, development, enhancement, and modernization of our enterprise software products. You will lead engineers through architecture, implementation, and release while remaining close enough to the technology to solve complex problems and write code.

Key Responsibilities:
Own technical design and delivery of new features, product enhancements, and modernization initiatives across existing product lines.
Guide the complete SSDLC, including solution design, estimation, implementation, testing, and production support.
Maintain and enhance existing enterprise applications while improving architecture, scalability, security, and performance.
Perform architecture and code reviews and contribute hands-on to critical components.
Lead, mentor, and hire product engineering team members.

Required Qualifications:
6+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise or cloud-based software products.
Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and REST APIs.
Strong experience with frontend technologies such as Angular or React, with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Proficiency with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
Mandatory Skill: Java, Spring Boot, Angular / React, RESTful APIs, Hibernate / JPA, Microservices, Enterprise Architecture, SQL, CI/CD, Technical Leadership.
