Technical Lead Engineer

About the Role

NHN Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead Engineer to spearhead our Computer Vision initiatives. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership position where you will be instrumental in driving projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass coding, architectural design, mentoring junior engineers, and acting as the primary technical liaison with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Computer Vision developers, providing clear technical direction.
• Design, develop, and optimize sophisticated Computer Vision algorithms and end-to-end pipelines.
• Engage directly with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements, provide regular progress updates, and ensure exceptional delivery standards.
• Manage the deployment of Computer Vision solutions across a range of hardware, including NVIDIA GPU infrastructure (e.g., A4500, L4), Jetson edge devices (e.g., Orin, Xavier), and single-board computers like Raspberry Pi.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices to foster a high-performing development environment.
• Maintain a balance between individual technical contribution and team leadership, remaining deeply involved with the codebase.

Qualifications We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5-8 years of dedicated experience in Computer Vision, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
• Exceptional proficiency in Python and leading deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorRT, and CUDA.
• Proven hands-on experience with video analytics, object detection, tracking, segmentation, or recognition systems.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying complex Computer Vision pipelines in production environments.
• Practical experience with the NVIDIA Jetson platform (including Orin, Xavier, or similar models).
• Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU deployment workflows, with knowledge of CUDA, TensorRT, and Deep Stream being a significant advantage.
• Experience in managing or mentoring a team of 3 or more developers.
• Outstanding communication skills are essential, as you will represent our technical team to clients.
• The ability to seamlessly switch contexts between hands-on coding and effective people leadership.
