Technical Lead Analyst

About This Role:

We are seeking an Applications Development Senior Lead Analyst (FullStack) to drive the establishment and implementation of innovative application systems. You will bridge business requirements with technical design, delivering high-quality code for enterprise-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing support on core application capabilities to clients.
• Collaborate with business partners and analysts to translate operational processes into technical designs and deploy scalable, resilient solutions.
• Leverage strong Python, Java, Maven, and Spring Framework skills alongside RDBMS expertise for backend development.
• Design horizontally scalable applications on public clouds like AWS or platforms such as OpenShift.
• Implement event-driven architecture using Python, ORAAS, and React.
• Maintain robust Unix/Linux skills with script writing capabilities to support development lifecycles from design through implementation.

Qualifications:

Min 15+ years of experience, including at least 3-4 years in Python & Java.

You must possess strong analytical capabilities, familiarity with Microservices Architecture and SQL, comfort working with JSON/XML parsing, and proficiency in Git/JIRA/Maven.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
