Technical Lead AMS MES

About the Role

The Technical Lead AMS MES will coordinate Application Management Services (AMS) for the Dassault Apriso MES/MOM platform. Key responsibilities include overseeing incident and change resolution, supporting configuration and integration activities, and guiding technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Tech lead on AMS activities for the Dassault Apriso MES/MOM platform ensuring service quality and SLA compliance.
• Lead analysis and resolution of incidents, problems, changes, and application evolutions.
• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to ensure operational continuity and solution coherence.
• Support configuration, integration, testing, release, and maintenance activities for the MES platform.
• Foster team coordination and knowledge sharing through documentation and collaboration.
