Technical Field Support Engineer

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to Reliance Retail Outlets for all IT-related issues, including PCs, printers, and basic networking.
• Collaborate with the Regional Coordinator to manage tasks and activities.
• Conduct periodic preventive maintenance for IT equipment.
• Obtain sign-offs for completed activities from Store Managers and the State IT team, and submit reports to the Retail Helpdesk.
• Liaise with the Retail Helpdesk to track ticket status and ensure call closure.
• Coordinate with the Retail Helpdesk for vendor-specific issues and escalate as necessary.
• Communicate with MSL logistics to confirm spare parts availability.
• Perform initial physical inventory verification and asset tagging, submitting corresponding reports.
• Execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
• Participate in rollout activities.
• The role requires 50%-70% travel to provide services across various locations.
• Demonstrated experience in hardware and networking is essential.
