Technical Delivery Leader – Strategic Accounts

Narwal seeks a Technical Delivery Leader – Strategic Accounts to drive end-to-end delivery excellence for high-value enterprise accounts. This full-time, remote role (preferred locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai) is based in India and requires a leader with 15+ years of experience in technical delivery management, program leadership, and enterprise account governance.

The ideal candidate will own delivery governance, customer success, talent scaling, and delivery-led growth for strategic accounts. Responsibilities include:

• Technical Delivery Ownership: Ensure predictability, SLA adherence, and quality across programs/projects with AI-native delivery models.
• Client & Executive Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with customer leadership, drive executive sponsorship, and manage escalations for long-term partnerships.
• Financial & Operational Management: Own account-level financial governance, revenue realization, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Delivery Governance & Risk: Establish scalable frameworks, KPI-driven reporting, and AI governance to mitigate risks while ensuring compliance.
• Talent & Capability Management: Lead high-performing teams, drive skill development, and align talent with account growth plans.
• Delivery-Led Growth: Partner with cross-functional teams to expand accounts, validate feasibility, and champion AI adoption for productivity gains.

Qualifications include 15+ years in technical delivery leadership, experience with AI/Data/Quality Engineering, and strong enterprise account management skills. Preferred certifications include PMP, ITIL, SAFe, and cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
