Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Content Development Engineer to create high-quality educational materials that bridge the gap between academia and industry in the fields of EV (Electric Vehicles), Solar Energy, and Renewable Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop comprehensive technical manuals, guides, SOPs, lab instructions, and learning modules focused on EV systems and renewable energy technologies.
• Educational Design: Create practical exercises, assessments, and instructional materials tailored for students and trainers at ISIEINDIA's training centers.
• Tech Simplification: Research complex engineering concepts (e.g., Battery Management Systems, Solar PV) and simplify them into easy-to-understand learning content.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering teams to validate technical accuracy across all documentation.
• Safety & Operations Guides: Develop equipment operation guides, troubleshooting documents, and safety instructions for EV workbenches and training labs.
