Role Overview
A fast-growing, US-headquartered product company is expanding its India hub. You will serve as a Technical Consultant sitting between the product team and customers, translating real business problems into working technical solutions for software already in global production.
Your Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Delivery: Gather requirements, translate them into clear technical designs, configure/integrate/customize platforms, build/test integrations across APIs and third-party tools.
- Advisory & Enablement: Advise customers on best practices for setup and adoption, troubleshoot issues with engineering partners, document configurations/runbooks/handover notes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You have 2 to 6 years of experience in technical consulting, solution engineering, or implementation. You possess hands-on skills with APIs, SQL, and at least one scripting language. Crucially, you can explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders and have reliable remote-work setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS implementations or platform integrations
- Prior experience working with global/US-based customers
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
