Technical Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Consultant for a fast-growing, US-headquartered product company expanding its India hub. You will act as the critical bridge between our software platform and our customers globally.

Your Impact

• Solution Design & Delivery: Scope requirements, design technical solutions, configure/customize platforms for customer workflows, build APIs integrations, and ensure production readiness.
• Advisory & Enablement: Guide customers on best practices, troubleshoot issues alongside engineering teams, document configurations/runbooks, and facilitate smooth handovers.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for professionals with 2-6 years of experience in technical consulting, solution engineering, or implementation. You should be hands-on with APIs, SQL, and scripting languages like Python/JavaScript. Crucially, you must possess the ability to explain complex technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementations or platform integrations.
• Familiarity with global or US-based customer dynamics.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
