Technical Consultant - AI Integration in Hyderabad with IBM

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with a focus on AI Integration to join our team at IBM in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for implementing, configuring, and customizing advanced AI-driven solutions that seamlessly integrate into enterprise applications and business workflows. You will be instrumental in translating complex solution designs and architectural blueprints into functional systems, ensuring the secure, efficient, and compliant deployment of AI services, APIs, and orchestration layers. Your responsibilities will include developing essential connectors, building robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, precisely configuring prompts and guardrails, and implementing critical observability, performance tuning, and cost optimization measures. Close collaboration with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders is expected to validate requirements, deliver impactful proofs of concept, and harden solutions for production environments. This position demands strong hands-on expertise in API integration, event-driven patterns, workflow automation, and cutting-edge LLMOps practices, with an unwavering commitment to reliability, scalability, and responsible AI principles throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with AI design patterns, multi-agent orchestration, and task delegation.
• Demonstrate expertise in Python and Python-based microservice development.
• Extensive work on Large Language Model (LLM) development.
• Apply advanced skills in prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and creating MCP servers integrated with Tool Callings.
• Build and deploy intelligent applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Possess strong knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain Agents, AutoGen, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and other AI/ML frameworks like Hugging Face, Haystack, and OpenAI SDK.
• Work hands-on with PyTorch, Pandas, and modern ML/DL frameworks.
