Position Overview

The Company is seeking an experienced Technical Business Systems Analyst to support critical core banking initiatives. This role serves as the bridge between Product and Compliance stakeholders, ensuring regulatory-aware requirements are defined effectively. Key responsibilities include mapping data flows between modern digital channels and legacy platforms, and validating complex business logic using advanced SQL skills and integration specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define robust requirements for core banking features.
• Safeguard all requirements by explicitly addressing regulatory constraints and financial edge cases.
• Identify, analyze, and document comprehensive non-functional requirements.
• Create detailed user stories with precise acceptance criteria to streamline development and testing processes.
• Execute intricate data mapping between web/mobile digital channels and legacy core banking systems.
• Leverage SQL proficiency (MySQL/Oracle) for rigorous data validation and investigation of discrepancies.
• Analyze API specifications to define seamless integration contracts, including request/response models and sequence flows.
