We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with 10 to 15 years of extensive experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise-level BI, ETL, and Data Warehouse solutions. This role specifically focuses on Big Data Sales Analytics, utilizing platforms like Amazon Redshift and Databricks. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical acumen and a proven track record in architecting robust data and business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect advanced analytics platform solutions tailored to client needs.
• Identify diverse data sources, define efficient data pipelines, and implement data segmentation and performance engineering strategies for scalable solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers, effectively assigning tasks and reviewing deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive business reports and interactive dashboards utilizing leading data warehousing and BI tools such as Snowflake, Cognos, Tableau, Superset, and Power BI.
• Conduct thorough information management assessments and provide accurate implementation effort estimations.
• Collaborate with the Data Science department to proactively identify and address future data needs and requirements.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in data warehouse dimensional modeling and possess hands-on experience with at least one major ETL tool (e.g., Informatica Power Center, Oracle Data Integrator, Microsoft SSIS).
• Exhibit hands-on proficiency with at least one key BI market tool (e.g., IBM Cognos, SAP BO, Oracle BI, Tableau, MS Power BI, QlikView, SSRS) and experience with enterprise repository, data modeling, data mapping, and data profiling tools (e.g., SAS, R).
• Stay abreast of the latest market trends and advancements in Big Data, Blockchain, AI, Cloud, and Mobile technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in complex/large enterprise BI/ETL/Data Warehouse projects.
• Strong comprehension of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and various analytical data models.
• Proficiency in programming for generic analytic platforms using Python, Java, or Scala.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and exposure to MDM tools.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience working within geographically distributed teams and leading/mentoring team members.
• Good understanding and practical application of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with normalized data stores, operational data stores, dimension data stores, and enterprise data lakes.
• Understanding of predictive and prescriptive modeling techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in driving solution/enterprise-level architecture and effective collaboration with other tech leads.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical capabilities.
