About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with full-stack expertise to lead technical direction for a high-performing engineering tribe of 10+ members.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and performant end-to-end solutions using modern technologies.
Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance across frontend/backend streams to enable collaboration and accelerate delivery.
AI-Forward Engineering: Champion Agentic SDLC practices to automate tasks and enhance software quality.
Mentoring & Standards: Define engineering best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor team leads and engineers.

Required Skills:

10+ years in full-stack development with architectural leadership experience.
Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js/Next.js, Express.js, Python, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript.
Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB), REST APIs, Microservices, AWS/Azure/GCP.

Preferred Skills:

Experience implementing Agentic SDLC workflows and AI-powered engineering tools.
Understanding of LLMs for automation across requirements analysis to documentation.
