Technical Architect

Lead architectural design for core platform and product systems. Define scalable, high-performance software solutions and partner with engineering and product leadership to ensure alignment between technical vision and business objectives across Tekion's platform in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• Own architecture for major components and services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership, product managers, and stakeholders to define long-term technical roadmaps.
• Establish and promote architectural standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Guide teams in decomposing monolithic systems, modernising legacy infrastructure, and building cloud-native solutions.
• Conduct design reviews, lead technical deep dives, and support system-level debugging and performance tuning.
• Mentor senior engineers and Associate Architects across domains and foster technical growth and architectural thinking.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system design, with significant architectural responsibilities (Preferred: 11-15 Years).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Expertise in designing distributed systems, cloud-native services, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in software design patterns, scalability strategies, and performance optimisation.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and observability practices.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, technical communication, and mentoring skills.
• Proven success in leading architectural initiatives across multiple teams or domains.
