Join Dialpad, a leader in AI-powered customer communications, and play a pivotal role as a Technical Account Manager. You will be instrumental in supporting Dialpad's largest enterprise clients by cultivating strong relationships and delivering strategic consultations. Your goal will be to maximize customer value, optimize operations, and ensure a gold-standard experience. You will collaborate with the Operations team to provide crucial insights and resources, enabling exceptional support across all user touchpoints, including support channels, documentation, and product feedback. Foster enduring customer loyalty by building deep, long-term relationships. Work seamlessly across internal teams and client organizations to implement operational solutions tailored to diverse audiences. Contribute to the continuous improvement of support offerings and the development of valuable user-facing content. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring strategic alignment between client priorities and Dialpad's objectives. Maintain robust relationships across client business units to drive service excellence. Serve as a subject matter expert on Dialpad solutions deployed at client sites, facilitating the swift resolution of critical issues and escalations. Partner closely with Account Management and other client-facing teams to comprehensively support Dialpad users. Lead engaging user-facing meetings, both virtually and in-person when required. Collaborate on the ongoing design and evolution of our support offerings, and create comprehensive user-facing content for sustained solutions.
