Techincal Success Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Success Engineer based in the United States to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of marketing and privacy, supporting clients onboarding new users, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing directly to product development.

• Assist in onboarding accounts by implementing tracking solutions using Ours Privacy's full-stack solution.
• Leverage deep expertise with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and CDP integrations to implement and debug complex analytics setups for CRMs, EHRs, consent platforms, and marketing tools.
• Conduct QA on technical configurations to ensure accurate data flows and tracking accuracy.
• Troubleshoot client issues regarding source integrations, GTM setups, destination configs, cookieless tracking strategies, and privacy-focused attribution models.
• Create clear, user-friendly documentation for implementation guides.
• Collaborate with the product team to provide input on development focused on integration testing and customer use cases (e.g., CDPs, CRMs, EHRs).

The Ideal Candidate

You will possess experience with server-side tracking and integrating ad platform APIs. You must have a strong understanding of marketing pixels, GTM, event tracking setup/debugging, and advanced proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4 for conversion optimization.

Technical requirements include JavaScript knowledge, basic familiarity with HTTP requests/webhooks/payloads, and experience using debugging tools. Bonus qualifications include API integration experience (CDPs/CRMs/EHRs) and expertise in first-party data strategies.
