Tech Lead

Join Klimb.io as a Tech Lead to architect and deliver our next-generation cybersecurity SaaS platform covering SIEM, EDR, XDR, security analytics, threat detection, and automated response. You will lead engineering efforts on scalable, cloud-native systems processing high-volume telemetry for real-time protection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Define architecture, review code/designs, mentor engineers, and drive best practices in performance, security, and scalability.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Deep knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR platforms, threat intelligence, log management, alert correlation, incident investigation, and automated response (SOAR).
• Cloud-Native Development: Build multi-tenant SaaS applications on AWS/Azure using containers, serverless, Kubernetes, Terraform, and event-driven architectures (Kafka).
• Data & Analytics: Handle high-EPS security data with distributed systems, stream processing, search platforms, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Safety & Compliance: Integrate DevSecOps practices including SAST/DAST scanning, secrets management, and adherence to SOC 2/ISO standards.

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or Node.js within microservices environments.
• Proven track record building secure cloud-native platforms and managing CI/CD pipelines.
