Tech Lead

Role Overview

In this role as Tech Lead - Application Development Platforms UI/UX_Workflow P, the candidate acts as a UX Designer responsible for creating user-centered designs for digital products and services. You will work with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify user needs, design solutions, and test iterations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design next-generation product features and craft intuitive user experience workflows.
• Create concept sketches, user-flow storyboards, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes using Figma and Axure.
• Participate in user-research studies to improve UX standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and product owners to ensure alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience with legacy modernization projects, domain-driven design, SaaS platforms, payments processing systems, and Agile methodology is preferred.

• Mandatory: Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Figma, Axure, Next.js, Express.js, Bootstrap.
• Skills: Design Thinking, Data Aggregation, Integration Development, Client Relations, Agile Methodology, People Leadership.

Language proficiency in English (C1 Advanced) is required. This position offers a hybrid remote type and operates on the Night Shift for India locations.
