Tech Head

TrucksUp Solutions Private Limited is seeking two experienced Tech Heads with a strong focus on .NET Core to join our dynamic Technology team in Gurugram, Haryana. Reporting directly to the CTO, this senior role requires over 10 years of professional experience. You will be instrumental in leading a talented team of developers, championing technical excellence, and architecting scalable, high-performance solutions that directly support our business objectives. As a key member of our technology leadership, you will collaborate closely with the CTO and various cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement robust, enterprise-grade applications. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of .NET Core-based application development, from architecture and design to implementation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, ensuring adherence to best practices through rigorous code reviews.
• Partner with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Uphold high standards of software quality by implementing agile development methodologies, comprehensive automated testing, and efficient CI/CD pipelines.
• Focus on optimizing application performance, ensuring scalability, and maintaining robust security measures.
• Take full ownership of technical challenges, including in-depth root cause analysis and timely resolution of production issues.
• Contribute to strategic technology roadmap discussions, proposing enhancements to tools, frameworks, and development processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies within the .NET ecosystem, cloud computing, and enterprise application development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on professional experience in .NET/.NET Core development.
• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring software development teams.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
• Solid experience with SQL Server and relational database design principles.
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture, RESTful services, and distributed systems.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, with AWS exposure also valuable.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and tools, including CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to front-end technologies such as Angular or React is considered an advantage.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, strong communication skills, and proven leadership qualities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in logistics, fintech, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of messaging queue systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Compensation:

The salary for this role ranges from ₹3,000,000.00 to ₹4,000,000.00 per year.
