Full Job Description
Role Overview:
The Software Engineer-Full Stack will be part of a software development team at HDFC's Tech & Digital BU (Ops Digitization). You will focus on developing enterprise-grade systems across multiple technologies, working on both back-end and front-end components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical specifications and discuss scope with the Team Lead.
- Understand requirements from a technical perspective and evaluate development impact.
- Perform coding per written specs, conduct self-level code reviews, and maintain the repository.
- Execute unit testing, fix defects, and manage cases for the testing team.
- Adhere to ISG-defined coding standards and security measures.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, JAVA, .NET Core, Python, Angular, React, or similar ecosystems.
- Experience with 3-tier/n-tier architecture.
- Advanced skills in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, SQL (Server/Oracle), and NoSQL databases.
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years. Banking exposure is preferable.
