Team Manager - Dialer and Project
Responsible for managing daily outbound and inbound dialer activities, preparing MIS reports with accuracy, and automating reports in Excel. This role involves analyzing dialer output data to identify issues, creating and updating dialling campaigns, and monitoring dialer system performance. Key responsibilities include resolving dialer-related issues, providing real-time floor support, managing user dialer IDs, and driving continuous innovation to enhance dialer performance. The role also requires collaboration with finance and strategy teams to provide data-driven insights for business forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. This includes conducting trend analysis, variance analysis, and scenario modeling to support future business growth. The Team Manager will work closely with leadership to establish business goals, provide support in financial planning and revenue forecasting, and prepare high-impact reports and visualizations for senior management. Translating complex data findings into understandable presentations and designing interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau are also key duties. Collaboration with department heads to understand data needs and suggest data-backed solutions is essential.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream.
- Proficiency in Genesys is mandatory.
- Experience in the NBFC sector is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in Dialer operations and MIS.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office is required.
- Experience in report automation and process improvement is expected.
- Knowledge of Macros and SQL is essential.
- Excellent understanding of dialer operations.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good interpersonal skills.
