Full Job Description
As a Team Leader RPC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data processed at our Regional Processing Centres (RPCs). Your responsibilities will include verifying and approving data entered by 'Makers' within our internal portal, ensuring it is error-free and adheres to all established guidelines. You will be instrumental in generating daily and monthly MIS reports, maintaining high standards for data verification, and ensuring timely processing of documents. Effective stakeholder management and relationship building will be key to your success. Additionally, you will prepare necessary documentation for monthly internal audits and collaborate with stakeholders on survey initiatives and process training. This role requires a graduate or postgraduate with 1-3 years of experience in data entry or data processing, possessing strong communication skills.
