We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our sales department at Classic Hyundai. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding our sales team to achieve their targets and enhance the customer car buying experience. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of our vehicle lineup, including competitive models, to effectively advise customers. You will build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identify their needs and preferences, and match them with suitable Hyundai models. A key aspect of the role involves leading sales campaigns, overcoming objections, and expertly closing sales by managing contracts and explaining services, warranties, and financing options. You will ensure customers are fully informed about their vehicle's features, paperwork, and warranty details. Establishing and maintaining a follow-up system to foster repeat business and referrals is crucial. You will also report on sales performance, participate in training sessions, and strategize to improve sales outcomes. Continuous learning through professional development and staying updated on industry trends is expected.
