About the Role

Varasi LLC is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to spearhead technical teams in delivering innovative Salesforce solutions. This role involves close collaboration with our US sales and delivery organizations, focusing on building and enhancing solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver robust solutions leveraging Salesforce products and platform capabilities.
• Create technical Proofs of Concept (POCs) and solution demonstrations using Lightning UI to support sales initiatives.
• Scope, estimate, and propose technical solutions, actively participating in client interactions alongside sales teams.
• Contribute to the development of Varasi's intellectual property through Lightning-based tools, accelerators, and industry solutions.
• Map business process requirements to Salesforce product features, including data and security models.
• Areas of focus include front-end and back-end solution architecture, development, release management strategies, change management, and hands-on solution design leadership.
• Lead and deliver projects, overseeing technical team members to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Lead technical requirements gathering and design sessions, producing comprehensive technical documentation.
• Manage and deliver integrations and custom extensions.
• Effectively manage technical scope and client expectations.
• Provide expert-level assistance to developers on technical issues.
• Manage, mentor, and develop technical team members.
• Interact directly with customers on behalf of the team.
• Investigate new technologies, providing analysis and recommendations for technical choices.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering (Computer Science) or MCA with an emphasis in Software Engineering is highly preferable.
• 6+ years of total experience, with at least 4+ years of delivering Salesforce solutions and 2+ years of experience in leading and managing teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with SFDC technologies, with emphasis on Sales, Service, Communities, and App Cloud products.
• Specialization in at least two of Sales, Service, or Custom applications is required.
• Thorough understanding of data modeling and enterprise application integration concepts and tools.
• Required Salesforce Certifications (at least two): App Builder, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
