Role and Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between client, admin, and prime broker data.
• Research pending cash, position, OTE, and trade discrepancies.
• Conduct daily follow-ups with external sources, including clients and brokers, for faster resolution of breaks.
• Interact with Portfolio Managers/Clients and Prime Brokers via phone and email to resolve fund queries.
• Work within a testing environment to evaluate new functionalities.
• Assist team members with reconciliation-related issues.
• Support the manager and team in the timely delivery of services to clients.
• Provide training to new joiners.
• Assist the manager in new client launches.
• Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the process.
