Team Lead

About the role:
The Team Lead – Product Implementation is tasked with overseeing the complete customer implementation journey, ensuring superior delivery quality, accurate payroll setup, and successful product adoption. This pivotal role emphasizes adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), reduction of rework, and provides strategic and technical direction to the implementation team, working collaboratively across departments for seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of implementation specialists in delivering HRMS solutions, including Core HR, Payroll, Attendance, and Leave management.
• Manage the entire implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to system configuration, testing, and successful go-live.
• Ensure precise payroll setup, validation, and compliance with all statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, and TDS.
• Configure HRMS modules to align with client-specific policies, workflows, and regulatory mandates.
• Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures to minimize errors, payroll discrepancies, and unnecessary rework.
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Monitor project progress, actively manage risks, and guarantee adherence to SLAs and project timelines.
• Facilitate customer onboarding and drive early adoption of HRMS functionalities.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, conducting knowledge-sharing sessions on HRMS best practices and compliance updates.
• Gather client feedback, identify areas for process improvement, and champion continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure efficient resource planning and optimize team productivity.
