Team Lead - IT Recruitment (Remote)

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Team Lead - IT Recruitment to lead end-to-end IT hiring processes. This role requires strategic leadership, deep technical expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will:

• Oversee and execute recruitment operations, ensuring efficient sourcing, engagement, and onboarding of top IT talent.
• Source candidates via platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen and shortlist profiles aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet hiring targets.

Key Requirements:

• Must have prior experience as a Team Lead in IT recruitment.
• Technically proficient with expertise in the latest IT technologies.
• Strong experience in client coordination and relationship-building.
• Degree in BE/BTech/MCA/BCA/BSc (Computer Science) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership (handling 6-7 members).
• At least 5 years of IT recruitment experience, including C2H/FTE projects.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
