Full Job Description
Nivoda is seeking a Team Lead for Media Operations to join our team in BKC, Mumbai. This is an on-site role with a 24/7 working shift rotation (morning, evening, night). As a Team Lead, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and secure handling of precious stones, overseeing photography and videography processes, and managing the day-to-day activities of a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain stringent security standards during your shift.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by the team.
- Manage team attendance effectively.
- Perform daily tallying and auditing of stones received and stored in the safe.
- Oversee the entire photography and videography process for precious stones.
- Conduct thorough stock checks at the end of each shift.
- Manage and direct the daily activities of the media operations team.
- Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals and targets.
- Develop and implement timelines to meet objectives.
- Delegate tasks efficiently to team members.
- Provide comprehensive training to team members to maximize their potential and skill development.
- Empower team members to enhance their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews to foster growth and development.
- Contribute to the company's growth through effective team leadership and performance.
- Foster a positive and inspiring working environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team handling roles.
- A transparent and honest approach is essential due to the nature of dealing with valuable stones.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong reporting skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently across various responsibilities and with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated qualities of humility, honesty, and trustworthiness.
- Ability to show respect and appreciation for all individuals.
- A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with a commitment to taking 100% responsibility, avoiding blame, complaints, criticism, or condemnation.
