About the Role

Amazon's Last Mile ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) team is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to support continuous improvement initiatives across our delivery network in Noida. The successful candidate will convert complex operational data into actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and model operational data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities across Last Mile delivery operations in Uttar Pradesh and beyond.
• Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards (QuickSight/Tableau) tracking KPIs such as CPS, FDPS, DNR Concessions, DOT, and Customer Rescue metrics.
• Support Network Reviews by developing input/output metric frameworks to highlight areas of concern or opportunity for the local region.
• Partner with Program Managers and Operations teams to quantify impact of improvement projects and track benefit realization.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on operational defects (bad scans, concessions, delivery failures) to support defect elimination programs tailored to high-volume logistics environments in India.
• Translate business requirements into data models, reports, and visualizations that drive decision-making at station, zone, and network levels.
• Develop automated reporting mechanisms to reduce manual effort and improve data accessibility for the Noida hub team.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders through well-structured narratives tailored to local operational contexts.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and exploratory analyses for cross-functional teams within the APAC region.
