Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT staffing recruiters.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned client accounts, serving as the primary delivery contact.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to accurately define and align with hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain high standards for candidate quality and ensure adherence to client specifications and compliance.
• Cultivate robust relationships with clients, vendors, and internal recruitment departments.
• Monitor team performance, key delivery metrics, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and hiring goals.
• Conduct regular client check-ins regarding candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring outcomes.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to resolve issues and foster growth.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and new business development through exceptional delivery.
• Track recruitment progress, manage pipeline status, and generate comprehensive delivery reports.
