Simply Vyapar Apps is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Team Lead to join our operations in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding a high-performing sales team, implementing effective field strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of our growth initiatives in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a field sales team to meet and exceed regional sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize sales performance in Pune.
• Conduct consistent performance reviews, provide constructive coaching, and lead team training sessions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports on team productivity and project outcomes for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1-6 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role, specifically within field operations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A solid understanding of sales strategy and project management principles.
