Team Lead – Backend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Sr. Backend Developer who excels as both a technical engineer and a team leader.
Experience: 6–10+ Years
Type: Full-Time (On-Site in Greater Noida)

In this pivotal role, you will lead the backend development team by guiding architectural decisions, conducting rigorous code reviews, tackling complex technical challenges, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor and support a team of developers; assign tasks strategically based on skills and project needs; facilitate knowledge sharing to drive collective growth.
• Backend Development & Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable Node.js applications using Express.js, MongoDB, REST APIs, and microservices. Optimize performance, security (JWT/OAuth/RBAC), and reliability.
• Project Ownership: Translate business requirements into technical tasks; manage the full lifecycle from development to production support while coordinating with cross-functional teams like QA, DevOps, and Product.

Required Skills

• 6–10+ years of backend experience.
  
• Mastery in Node.js/Express.js and MongoDB (design, queries).
  
• Strong grasp of Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.
  
• Familiarity with Redis, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP.
