Amazon is seeking an Operations Lead for our Last Mile team in Kolkata. This role involves leading shift operations at Delivery Centers (DCs), supporting the DC manager with performance management, and driving operational plans to ensure efficient distribution of millions of products annually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with center managers to maintain smooth transportation operations flow from delivery stations directly to customer addresses.
• Optimize bandwidth for both facility teams and delivery units during peak times to manage volume effectively.
• Continuously improve the delivery process through strategic planning, ensuring sustained performance improvements for associates.

• Action-oriented execution with strong resourcefulness in low-resource environments.
• Calm and effective decision-making under pressure.
• Ability to operate independently at the station level.
• Skill set for resolving problems in ambiguous situations swiftly.
