About this role
We are recruiting for Junior Faculty Teaching Assistants (Non-Teaching; Only Tutorials) specializing in DATA ANALYTICS & OPERATIONS at our Chennai Campus. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly lectures and ensure resource provision
- Record attendance for all sessions
- Grade assignments and exams to establish final grades
- Conduct scheduled tutorials on weekdays or weekends (compensatory leave provided)
- Assist with examination invigilation, presentations, student assessments, data collection, cleaning, analysis, proposal/report writing, etc.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in DATA ANALYTICS & OPERATIONS
- Prior experience of 2 – 4 years is a maximum (Entry level)
- Preference given to candidates with Research and Teaching Assistance Experience in Business Schools or those enrolled in PhD programs related to the subject.
- Mandatory knowledge and skills in the Analytics domain, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in Excel.
