About the Role
We are seeking a visionary TCMS Test Engineer to join our vibrant team at Siemens Mobility in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka. You will be responsible for managing validation and verification of all Train Control Management System (TCMS) subsystems.
Your primary responsibilities include ensuring 100% coverage of requirements through testing, delivering Verification & Test deliverables on time, and maintaining compliance with EHS rules regarding activities performed on trains and test benches. You will manage validation status for change requests and ensure software quality in accordance with EN50716 standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create cross-project test specifications for laboratory and vehicle testing.
- Develop Python-based automation frameworks to support continuous integration tests.
- Use Eclipse IDE for debugging, source code navigation, and verification of embedded applications.
- Collaborate closely with software development engineers and assessors to implement test automation strategies.
Requirements
You must hold a technical degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or railway engineering (or equivalent vocational training). We require practical experience in safety-related embedded software testing within the Railway domain (minimum 4-5 years) and knowledge of validation methods like boundary tests. Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation is essential.

- Fluent English with B2-level German proficiency preferred.
