Security Analyst / Consultant - Identity & Access Management (IAM) with SailPoint
Join EY's Risk Consulting team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, as a Security Analyst / Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint. You will play a crucial role in executing deliverables for global IAM projects, strengthening internal and external relationships, and identifying potential business opportunities for EY.
About the Role
As part of the EY-Cyber Security team, you will engage in Identity & Access Management projects, focusing on the execution of deliverables. A key aspect of this role involves actively establishing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships, as well as identifying potential business opportunities for EY and GTH within existing engagements. You will also be responsible for anticipating and identifying risks within engagements and escalating any issues to senior team members.
We are seeking a Security Analyst / Consultant to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our global clients. You will report any identified risks and share issues and updates with senior members of the team. Maintaining the highest quality of work according to EY's standards and fostering a positive learning culture by coaching and mentoring junior team members are also essential responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in and contribute to Identity & Access Management projects.
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, and communicating progress to senior team members.
- Execute engagement requirements and review the work of junior team members.
- Assist in preparing client-facing reports and schedules.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
- Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and across other service lines.
- Contribute to performance feedback for staff and junior-level team members.
- Participate in people-related initiatives, including recruiting and retaining IAM professionals.
- Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff.
- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.
- Foster a quality culture at GTH.
- Manage performance management for direct reports.
- Foster teamwork and lead by example.
- Provide training and mentoring to project resources.
- Participate in organization-wide people initiatives.
IAM Tool - SailPoint – Production Support
The SailPoint Administrator role will be primarily responsible for the support and enhancement of the engagement, adhering to stated SLAs and maintaining high standards for quality in project documentation. You will be involved in application onboarding and troubleshooting SailPoint issues.
Key Requirements / Responsibilities for SailPoint Administrator
- Experience in SailPoint requirement gathering, design, and implementation.
- Application onboarding responsibilities.
- Experience in implementing at least two IAM engagements, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support (SailPoint or other IAM tools).
- Experience with technologies such as Java, LDAP, RDBMS, and Linux.
- Good knowledge of Web/application servers (IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Apache).
- Experience in development configuration of standard and custom IAM integrations using Java or other major scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience in development, estimations, sizing, and custom IAM integrations.
- Advanced documentation and presentation skills, well-versed with SDLC processes.
- Ability to create plans and execute advanced IAM trainings and independently drive proof of concepts involving emerging IAM technologies.
- Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience interacting with clients and working in an onsite/offshore delivery model.
- Contribute to eminence activities, such as automating manual tasks performed by the SailPoint Administration team.
- Customize, configure, and develop SailPoint solution integrations based on requirements and design, and independently manage project deliverables to completion.
- Lead process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives relevant for project delivery, focusing on reusability and benefits.
- Vendor coordination.
- Application patch deployment.
- Troubleshoot SailPoint Issues.
- Understanding of Beanshell scripting, Java, and SQL.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and modify Beanshell code.
- Understanding of SailPoint IIQ components such as workflows, rules, lifecycle events, custom reports, and tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor or college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Work Experience: 3-9 Years of Experience.
Skills Expertise
- SailPoint IdentityIQ 7.0 or later.
- Knowledge of Java.
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Perl, etc.).
- Good soft skills including verbal & written communication, and technical document writing.
- Exposure to global security standards (PCI, SOX, HIPAA, etc.).
- Past experience in managing small to large-sized organizations.
- Prior experience working in remote teams on a global scale.
- Customer orientation skills.
Certifications (Good to Have)
- SailPoint Engineer Certification
- ITIL or equivalent
Work Requirements
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Willingness to be on-call support and work occasional overtime as required.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required.
