About the Role

EY's Cybersecurity team is seeking a Senior Security Consultant to join our Risk Consulting practice. You will be instrumental in executing deliverables for various Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects for our global clientele. A key aspect of your role will involve actively establishing, maintaining, and strengthening internal and external relationships. You will also identify potential business opportunities for EY and GDS within existing engagements and escalate them appropriately. Furthermore, you will anticipate and identify risks within engagements, sharing any issues with senior team members.

This role requires you to ensure all work meets EY's high-quality standards and is reviewed by the next level. As an influential team member, you will foster a positive learning environment, mentor junior team members, and support their development.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in and contribute to Identity & Access Management projects.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member, sharing responsibilities, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress.
• Execute engagement requirements, including the review of work performed by junior team members.
• Assist in preparing reports and schedules for clients and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and across other service lines.
• Contribute to performance reviews and provide feedback for staff/junior team members.
• Participate in people-related initiatives, including recruiting and retaining IAM professionals.
• Maintain an ongoing program for personal skill development.
• Adhere to workplace policies and procedures.
• Contribute to building a quality culture at GDS.
• Manage performance management for direct reports according to organizational policies.
• Foster teamwork and lead by example.
• Provide training and mentoring to project resources.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• A minimum of 2-3 years of IAM experience with products such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Now, Saviynt, and OIM.
• At least 2 years of experience with two or more IAM products, including SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Now, OIM, or Saviynt.
• Experience in leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) products like Identity Now, IdentityIQ, Saviynt, and OIM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Identity Now, IdentityIQ, Saviynt, and OIM.
• Expertise in Saviynt is valued if SailPoint IIQ, IDN, or OIM skillsets are not as strong.
• Ability to evaluate current IAM solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in developing and implementing IAM policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical support for IAM issues and incidents.
• Stay current with the latest IAM technologies and trends.
• Must have experience in application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, and access reviews within IAM.
• Experience in managing complex IAM projects.
• Strong understanding of IAM policies and procedures.
• Relevant IAM certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), and LDAP systems and infrastructure.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation for IAM systems and infrastructure.
• Experience in planning and executing migrations and upgrades for OIM, OID, and LDAP systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex OIM, OID, OAM, and LDAP-related issues.
• Experience working with vendors to resolve compatibility issues and optimize system performance.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining security and access controls for OIM, OID, and LDAP systems.
• Mentoring and guiding junior IAM engineers.
• SailPoint connector development experience, including out-of-the-box and custom connectors, and configuration of QuickLinks and report customization.
• Exposure to programming languages and technologies such as J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL.
• Good understanding of concepts like self-service, automated approval processes, RBAC, attestation, separation of duties, and recertification.
• Experience/knowledge in technologies such as LDAP, PKI, and SSL is advantageous.
• Direct client experience, including working with client teams in both on-site and offshore modes.
• High-level networking knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in delivering at least one complete IAM SDLC engagement, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.
• Experience in delivering IT projects, including requirements analysis, architecture definition, detailed technical design, development, and leading solution delivery.
• Experience working with both out-of-the-box and custom adapters/interfaces for IAM enterprise solutions.
• Experience in carrying out application integration with IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

Skills Expertise

• SailPoint IdentityIQ 7.0 or later, Identity Now.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Experience with other IGA products such as OIM and Saviynt.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and the Postman tool.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Perl, Ruby, etc.
• Strong soft skills, including verbal and written communication, and technical document writing.
• Exposure to global security standards such as PCI, SOX, HIPAA, etc.
• Experience in managing organizations of various sizes.
• Prior experience working in global remote teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer orientation skills.

Certifications (Good to have)

• SailPoint Engineer Certification
• ITIL or equivalent
• CISSP

Qualifications

• B. Tech./ B.E. with strong technical skills.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.
• Experience in IAM domains such as SailPoint IIQ, IDN, Saviynt, and OIM.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Work Requirements

• Willingness to travel as required.
• Willingness to be on call and work occasional overtime as needed.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.
